01

Before play

Confirm venue procedures, supervision, clear routes, equipment support, communication preference, water, rest, and a shared stop signal.

02

During play

Use progressive pace, preserve spacing and watch for the participant's signal, pain, distress, breathing change, overload, or equipment movement.

03

Pause or stop

Stop promptly for a signal, blocked route, equipment shift, unsafe spacing, or inadequate supervision. Return remains optional.

04

Urgent situation

Use the venue emergency plan and local emergency services. The app cannot monitor a participant or contact a responder.

Do not delay urgent help.

This site and app are general adaptive-sport education. They are not medical, rehabilitation, mental-health, legal, safeguarding, equipment-fitting, classification, or professional coaching advice.

PAUSE IS A COMPLETE CHOICE

Recovery does not promise a return.

Offer time, water, temperature support, a quieter place, and the venue's established help route. Avoid diagnosing, asking for private health detail, or pressuring anyone to continue.
