ADAPTIVE ARENA FOUNDATION is responsible for AccessCourt Compass, an Android application. This Privacy Policy applies to version 1.0.0 of the app and explains its offline behavior, local settings, youth and sports safeguards, and user choices. It does not govern a venue, coach, sport federation, device manufacturer, app store, emergency service, or an external website. Effective date: July 31, 2026.
AccessCourt Compass is an educational orientation guide for adaptive-sport athletes, families, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and community members. It includes youth-relevant content, so a parent, legal guardian, coach, or other authorized adult should manage a child's use and any real-world participation. The app is not designed for an unsupervised child to arrange activities, contact adults, disclose personal information, or make safety decisions alone.
The app provides five sport studios, an access-preparation lab, deterministic Team Talk prompts, guardian and coach practices, volunteer boundaries, a Safety Gate, a 35-card Court Library, an offline Source Desk, and this Privacy Court. It offers general education and conversation support. It does not register participants, confirm eligibility, publish schedules, take attendance, assess disability, diagnose a condition, fit equipment, provide individualized coaching or medical advice, or monitor emergencies.
The app does not collect or transmit personal data, contact details, identifiers, precise or approximate location, photos, audio, files, messages, health or disability information, payment information, advertising data, or app-activity telemetry. It has no Internet permission and no backend. Content selected while forming a Team Talk huddle remains in temporary app memory and is not sent to ADAPTIVE ARENA FOUNDATION or another party.
The app can store only local display choices such as large type, high contrast, and reduced motion. Android stores those preferences in the app's private local storage. Current navigation, an opened card, filters, and Team Talk selections may survive a routine screen recreation during the current session, but are not intended as a personal profile or participation record. The app does not assign a user ID.
AccessCourt Compass provides no free-text field and is not a place to record diagnoses, disability details, accommodation files, injuries, medication, symptoms, emergency plans, incident reports, youth identities, attendance, guardian details, or private coaching notes. Authorized adults and organizations should use their own approved procedures for information genuinely required for safe participation. Do not attempt to encode sensitive information in display choices or navigation patterns.
Version 1.0.0 requests no Android runtime permission. It does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, notifications, Bluetooth, nearby devices, body sensors, activity recognition, phone, SMS, media, or external-storage access. The app also disables cleartext network traffic. A later release that changes permission or network behavior will require corresponding disclosure and policy review before publication.
The app has no account, login, password, cloud profile, membership, subscription, or account-based personalization. Therefore, there is no AccessCourt Compass account for a user to delete. Local settings can be cleared from Privacy Court, from Android system settings by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking pixel, attribution service, remote configuration, crash-report upload, social SDK, marketing SDK, or behavioral profiling. It does not create an advertising identifier or cross-app identity, sell attention, measure engagement remotely, or use data for targeted advertising. Its AndroidX and Jetpack Compose libraries provide local interface and lifecycle functions and are not configured to transmit user data.
Because the app does not collect or receive personal data, ADAPTIVE ARENA FOUNDATION does not share, disclose, rent, or sell personal data from the app. The app does not send information to coaches, venues, sport bodies, advertisers, data brokers, or other users. Real-world conversations and records handled outside the app remain subject to the practices of the people and organizations involved.
The installed app works offline. Source Desk displays reference names and addresses as static text for transparency; it does not open a browser, send a message, place a call, export a plan, or connect to those publishers. Google Play or another distribution surface may present separate links outside the app, and a user who independently visits an external site is subject to that site's terms and privacy practices. Reference listing does not imply sponsorship or control.
Local display preferences remain on the device until the user resets them, clears app storage, uninstalls the app, or the operating system removes them. Temporary navigation and Team Talk state lasts only as needed for the local session or Android state restoration. ADAPTIVE ARENA FOUNDATION has no app server copy to retain because the app transmits no information.
The Reset local settings control returns display choices to defaults. Android's Clear storage function and uninstalling remove the app's local data from the device. Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for app data in the release manifest and extraction rules. Device-level backups, screenshots, accessibility services, or modifications outside the app are controlled by the user, operating system, or device administrator rather than by AccessCourt Compass.
Data minimization, offline operation, no network permission, private app storage, disabled backup and transfer, no free-text entry, and no third-party tracking reduce exposure. No device or software can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect device access, install trusted operating-system updates, and avoid sharing screenshots that reveal private real-world information. The app cannot secure information recorded in another app, on paper, or by a venue.
The app does not knowingly collect information from children and provides no child profile, public profile, chat, direct messaging, social feed, follower system, precise location, photo upload, attendance log, or targeted advertising. Youth activities should follow guardian consent, organizational safeguarding policy, observable adult-youth interaction, appropriate supervision, and venue procedures. A child should not use the app to contact an adult, arrange transport, or disclose a private health or safety concern.
Content is general adaptive-sport education, not medical, rehabilitation, mental-health, legal, safeguarding, equipment-fitting, classification, or professional coaching advice. Needs and risks vary by person, sport, equipment, surface, venue, weather, and supervision. Follow qualified professionals, trained coaches, manufacturer instructions, current sport and venue rules, and an individualized emergency plan when applicable. Stop for pain, distress, dizziness, breathing change, equipment instability, unsafe spacing, or a participant's stop signal. For urgent help, use local emergency services and the venue emergency procedure; the app cannot detect or respond to an emergency.
A future release may revise this policy when app behavior, law, distribution requirements, or features change. Material changes should receive a new effective date and be reflected both inside the app and on the public policy page before the changed release is distributed. Users can choose not to use the app, keep display preferences at defaults, reset local settings, clear storage, or uninstall at any time. Continuing to use a version after reviewing its policy is a choice, but does not waive legal rights.
